REGISTRATION AND REGULATORY DEPARTMENT

This department is well-informed about the constantly changing requirement of the Ministries of Health Departments in Kuwait , the Gulf and the Middle East.

This department undertakes the following responsibilities:
1- Informing & updating the suppliers with the material required for registration
2- Support the preparing and submitting of material in line with the requirements of the Ministries of Health of each country.
3- Following up on the process of Product Registration.
4- Liaison between the suppliers and the Ministry of Health

Marketing Activities

We spare no effort to understand our customers’ needs and patients’ concern. Supporting these needs plays a major role in our activities. At our company we develop Medical literature, brochures, fliers, and Product info material to meet the local market needs of the Middle East region. Other promotional mixes, like advertising, patient education programs, POS materials can be developed locally depending on the need of the market forces. With our sales team we function on well-defined quarterly budgets. Sales teams are well-motivated with attractive incentive programs. Additionally, our marketing activities include seminars, workshops, customer training sessions and planning to Participation in Local and International Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
